I Get Ideas

Brilliant
I had mixed feelings when I began watching Season 2 because I loved Season 1 so much and didn't want to be disappointed. Well, I just finished the whole season and I am absolutely floored. I thought it was even more incredible. I love how dark it got. The character development was incredible. This goes down as my favorite show ever.

Better than season 1
Not sure why everyone trashed it. I thought it evolved beautifully. Mixed feelings about the last episode however. I was hoping Adam was history.

Lost the reality of season 1
This season seemed so contrived and so "affected". I could not get behind any of the characters, for any reason. Hannah's character always seemed to be trying too hard to be anything other than mainstream, and it just wasn't believable. The episode where she hooks up with Joshua was just such a stretch. That was the worst match up and their screen chemistry was awful, I found myself looking away. It was supposed to be a turning point for Hannah to realize that she actually DOES want all the things in life she swears she doesn't...but I just didn't believe any of it. It was so gritty and dark, everyone was so theatrically unkempt, and the story line was trying to be "something" it wasn't. I will not be watching any future seasons. Terrible disappointment.
